RUN CLUB

CFM Run Club is a structured, coach guided running program designed to help you become a stronger, more efficient runner.

 

Whether you are new to running or looking to improve your pace, endurance, and confidence, this program provides the guidance and consistency needed to make progress.

 

Sessions focus on proper running mechanics, pacing, and aerobic development. You will build endurance gradually, improve efficiency, and reduce injury risk through smart progressions and supportive coaching.

 

Training is purposeful, approachable, and built to complement strength training and overall fitness. Run Club is about more than logging miles. It is about learning to run well, stay healthy, and enjoy the process alongside a motivating community.
