Our Specialty Classes are focused training courses designed to help you master specific skills that don’t always get the time they deserve in regular classes.

 

These sessions run longer than a standard class and take place in a small group setting, allowing for deeper coaching, more reps, and real technical progress. Each specialty class is a structured training block with intentional programming. There is no metcon. Instead, the focus is on learning, refining, and building confidence in complex movements.

 

Barbell Specialty Classes break down the Olympic lifts including the snatch, clean, and clean and jerk. You’ll develop better positions, timing, and efficiency so your lifts feel stronger, smoother, and more repeatable.

 

Gymnastics Specialty Classes focus on bodyweight skill development like rope climbs, pull ups, kipping mechanics, muscle ups, and ring muscle ups. Progressions are scaled to your current ability while pushing you toward your next skill milestone.

 

These classes are offered as an add on and are ideal for athletes who want targeted coaching, intentional progress, and a deeper understanding of their training.
