No. Our program is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout is coached and can be scaled to match your ability, whether you are brand new or highly experienced.
Classes include a coach led warm up, strength or skill work, a conditioning piece, and a cool down. Everything is guided and explained.
Most members see great results training 3–5 times per week. Your coach can help you find the right balance based on your goals and schedule.
We offer different membership options depending on commitment length. Details are discussed during your intro.
We support all goals. Some members compete, many do not. Everyone trains together and supports one another.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all equipment needed for training.
Optional items some members like to bring include wrist wraps, knee sleeves, or a jump rope, but nothing is required to get started.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, get set up, and connect with your coach. If it’s your first class, aim for 10–15 minutes early so we can get you settled and answer any questions.
To cancel your membership, please complete the Member Cancellation Form located in the footer of our website. Once the form is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with any next steps or confirmation needed.
