Mayview Next Gen is a structured youth sports performance program designed to teach young athletes how to move, run, lift, and compete safely and effectively.

 

The focus is on long term athletic development, not early specialization, giving kids and teens a strong foundation that transfers across all sports. Athletes in the Next Gen program train through a well rounded approach that builds athleticism, confidence, and durability.

 

Each training block includes plyometrics to improve power, elasticity, and coordination, along with running and sprint mechanics to develop efficient speed and acceleration. Change of direction drills and agility work help athletes improve body control and movement awareness, while deceleration training teaches proper braking mechanics to reduce injury risk.

 

Age appropriate strength training is introduced to help athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence in the weight room, all under expert coaching and close supervision.

 

Training sessions are engaging, challenging, and supportive. Beyond physical development, athletes learn discipline, teamwork, and work ethic while building habits that support both performance and long term health.
