HYROX

HYROX training at CFM is designed for athletes who want to build serious endurance, power, and race ready fitness. This program blends structured running with functional strength work to prepare you for the exact physical and mental demands of HYROX competition.
Each session focuses on efficiency, pacing, and movement quality under fatigue. You will train to handle repeated efforts, transition smoothly between running and workouts, and perform when your heart rate is high. Whether you are training for your first HYROX race or looking to improve your placement, coaching and programming are built to help you perform at your best.
